GPM has the facilities to complete your project from design to delivery. We are also prepared to undertake any individual process that you wish, including a prototype service. If you are a printer you might choose GPM as your supplier of the raw material. You should also consider us letting us cut it out, mount it, collate or deliver it on your behalf. We can ensure your project arrives finished to the highest quality, packaged as the customer specifies it. |

If you are a display/exhibition contractor or
manufacturer you should be considering GPM as a supplier of
your raw materials as well as the fabrication services we already offer
you.
We have the capability to cut to shape a wide range of substrates to sheet sizes over 2 metres by 1600mm wide. Our press is quicker than conventional CNC routing and is swarf free. Products ranging from hard substrates, like foam PVC to soft materials like rubber foams and cloth, can be cut by this method. Whilst our CNC can handle a sheet product upto 2 metres by 3 metres, which could not be cut by pressing and these include acrylic and wood. Our new vacuum former can produce product upto 1000 x 1500mm. Acrylics can be cut, diamond or flame polished, and we have a range of machinery for heat bending. Our laminators enable us to produce a range of finishes. How about a hairline silver on a foam P.V.C.? Or a plastic faced with magnetic rubber? If required we can produce up to 50mm thick by 3 metres long. To round the whole project off, why not use GPM to collate your product, pack it in to cartons and despatch to your client using your own labels and delivery notes. |
